Some of kelly i's Favorite Links

Photography Links: A wealth of information's on the web. A few of my faves are:

Pender Island Links: This is where I live, work and love. Some of these sites I've designed but more importantly these are good, informative websites about the Penders:

Community Hall: A beautiful building and a happening place.
Pender Islands Info: A comprehensive site of all things Pender.
Gulf Islands National Park Reserve: Pender has several sections of this National Park.
CRD Parks: The Capital Regional District parks on Pender.
PenderCreatives: An umbrella website for Pender artists and artisans.
Golf Islands Disc Park: One of my favourite pasttimes.
Kayak Pender Island: and my other favourite pasttime.
BC Ferries: Our main form of transportation.
Orca Pass: An initiative to create an international protected marine area.
Dockside Realty: So you like what you see and want to move here?
Located in the beautiful Hope Bay Centre.

What's Going On... 04/01/22: OK, admittedly I've been negligent in adding links on a regular basis. Truth be known I don't spend hours and hours poking 'round the 'net. I revisit a number of my faves and standbys. To those I'd add rollingstone.com where I look for info on records I've found in thrift stores, mainly the Salvation Army stores in Victoria and Sidney, the Peninsula Community Services Store in Sidney and, yes, Value Village. Other music sites I may look at include: spaceagepop.com, care and cleaning of vinyl, a very interesting history of The Lion Sleeps Tonight, and of course... album cover art!
Pop culture rambling led me to computer design innovation also.
A lot of my day to day choices are now in my blog, which seems to be getting updated slightly more frequently than this page <:o)
I've long held a special place in my heart for the creatures of the barnyard and ranch; I admit to eating fish but if you feel for the domesticated and then consumed have a look into the alternative world of The Meatrix.
And of course cbc3 rocks my world.
