I spend quite a bit of time at the Swartz Bay ferry terminal, the source of most of this image. A large screen flickers over the parking lot, showing images of a pristine BC to those stuck on the asphalt awaiting their ride. Tourists experience the beauty of the land by proxy while many of us wonder: where do we go from here?
