One of the more scenic sections of the Trans Canada Highway is that going through the Fraser Canyon. Here the Fraser River rushes on its way to the Pacific, carving steep sided canyons as it plunges over rapids. Once the route of furtraders to the coast it is now not so frequently used by travelers who prefer the faster Coquihalla route. However, we enjoy the more scenic Fraser Canyon route and take it whenever possible.
