Saturna Island - digital image - 2006

Boat Pass is a very narrow passage of water between Saturna Island (from where this photo was taken) and Samuel Island. The water rushes through here so hard sometimes that a waterfall forms. I can personally attest that kayaking through Boat Pass, although a short distance, can be very tricky, if not impossible if the current is running strong.
